Purveyors of filth

10 colaborations / 10 months

To celebrate 10 years of our Digbeth home, we decided to get together with 10 of our favourite places to eat, drink and hang out or people & places we’ve respected from afar. The goal ? 10 collaborations over 10 months, eat some insane food, learn some new things, have a laugh, and make some great dishes to bring back to Digbeth to share with you! Each collaboration runs for a limited time and can only be eaten in our Digbeth shop. So, keep your eyes peeled for OUR socials OR SIGN UP TO OUR NEWSLETTER BELOW to keep you in the loop.

Our second collaboration takes us to Stirchley and Riverine Rabbit, home to Ash Valenzuela-Heeger and her wife Erin. Two individuals smashing it out the park, their restaurant garlanded-Bib Gourmand and Ash recently being awarded Michelin’s ‘Young Chef Award’. Much like her menu in the restaurant, Ash wanted to stick with some of her South African influences and intertwine that with our carefully sourced produce. Drawing from her solid experiences, running her own restaurant in South Africa and working in some of the UK’s top kitchens (The Ledbury, Dinner at Hestons & Birmingham’s Carters of Moseley) Ash wanted to have a bit of fun. We started with the staple of the S.A Braai, the Boerewors sausage, and it all rolled on from there. There’s not much else to say, other than, miss it, miss out. Available for two weeks at our Digbeth location only, from 20th May - 31st May. Check out our menu for details of the dishes.
