Purveyors of filth

10 colaborations / 10 months

To celebrate 10 years of our Digbeth home, we decided to get together with 10 of our favourite places to eat, drink and hang out or people & places we’ve respected from afar. The goal ? 10 collaborations over 10 months, eat some insane food, learn some new things, have a laugh, and make some great dishes to bring back to Digbeth to share with you! Each collaboration runs for a limited time and can only be eaten in our Digbeth shop. So, keep your eyes peeled for our socials or sign up to our newsletter below to keep you in the loop.

Our third collaboration takes us to Everyday People, Nottingham's first and best ramen spot, the brainchild of Pete Hewitt, a MasterChef finalist and founder of Homeboys Street Food.

Homeboys is how we first met Pete, touring the Midlands street food scene, slinging his signature dishes and making noise. We always loved the vision, the branding, and especially the food, which led to our first collaboration at Burger Fest in September 2019, when Everyday People was still just a seed of an idea.

The restaurant opened in 2021 after enduring the shits and giggles of building through COVID, but he came out firing and all the stronger for it, serving some of the best small plates and piping hot ramen Nottingham has to offer.

A lot has happened since we first met Pete back in 2019, so it was time for a revisit. This time, we wanted to team up with Everyday People to shine a light on what's good in the hood.

Available exclusively at our Digbeth location for two weeks, from 3rd July to 12th July. Check out our menu for details of the dishes and make sure to book your table.
